Knowing Your Value in Love & Life

WORTH.

We talk about it often, but what does it truly mean?

How do you see your own worth?

How does it reflect in your relationships, and how do you bring it to the world?

Worth is not just about self-esteem; it's the foundation of how you show up in every aspect of your life.

  • Am I enough for this relationship?

  • Is my life meaningful beyond my relationships?

  • How do I stop settling for less than I deserve?

  • How do I live a life worth living and make a meaningful contribution to the world?

These questions reflect what so many of us wrestle with. Whether you’re navigating the dating world, a committed partnership, or your own inner journey, it's easy to question your place, your worthiness, and the value you bring to the table.

But what if you didn’t just measure worth by how others see you? What if your sense of value came from within, radiating out into every connection you form and every pursuit you chase?

This is your invitation to dive into "WORTHY." We designed this 4-part workshop series to explore self-worth, worth in relationships, and the worth you bring to the world. This is about defining who you are, what you deserve, and how you impact the world around you.

do you…

  • Feel inadequate in your current relationship or in the dating world?

  • Struggle to find your purpose or sense of direction?

  • Question your role and impact in your relationship or community?

  • Feel insecure about whether you’re truly lovable or valuable?

  • Wonder if you’ll ever be enough or if you’re asking for too much?

  • Doubt your worth when others don’t reciprocate your energy, effort, or affection in relationships?

  • Constantly compare yourself to others, feeling like you fall short in relationships, career, or life in general?

  • Fear rejection to the point where you avoid expressing your true feelings, worrying it might push people away?

  • Struggle to set boundaries because you worry it will make others see you as difficult or unlovable?

  • Feel lost when it comes to defining your personal standards for relationships, love, and respect?

  • Find it hard to trust that others will truly value you for who you are, not just for what you do for them?

  • Suppress your true self in relationships, thinking you need to change or be "better" to be accepted?

We’ve been taught that worthiness is something we earn—through our accomplishments, through pleasing others, or by fitting a certain mold. But that’s a lie. True worthiness isn't conditional; it’s a state of being that arises when we embrace who we truly are, flaws and all.

In this you’ll learn first hand that:

worthiness starts with radical self-acceptance.

It’s knowing that you are inherently valuable, not because of what you do, but simply because you are. It’s about shedding the need for external validation and daring to claim your right to be fully seen and fully loved, both by yourself and by others.

When you see your own worth, you stop begging for scraps of affection, respect, and recognition. You learn to set the standard for how others will treat you. In relationships, you recognize that your worth isn’t up for negotiation. And in the world, your purpose becomes clear—not to prove your value, but to live it boldly.

This workshop series is about reclaiming that innate sense of worthiness, honoring your deepest values, and allowing your worth to shape every interaction, decision, and dream. We’ll explore how worthiness isn’t about what you give to others, but how you see yourself and how you allow yourself to be seen.

You’ll learn to...

  • Develop an unshakeable sense of self-worth by engaging in daily self-affirmation practices. We'll guide you through exercises to rewrite the negative stories you've been telling yourself and replace them with empowering, self-affirming truths.

  • Identify and release limiting beliefs that keep you feeling stuck or unworthy. Through journaling prompts and group discussions, you’ll uncover deep-seated beliefs about your worth and learn practical strategies to dismantle them.

  • Create a "non-negotiables" list for your relationships. You'll define the essential qualities and boundaries that are a must for any partnership. This exercise will help you advocate for your needs without guilt or apology.

  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries in your relationships by practicing how to communicate a "full body YES" and "full body NO." We’ll work through real-life scenarios and role-play exercises to build your confidence in expressing what you will and won’t accept.

  • Advocate for your desires and needs without feeling selfish or demanding. We’ll provide you with scripts and communication techniques that help you articulate what you need clearly and assertively in any relationship or situation.

  • Identify warning signs and red flags in relationships by learning how to listen to your intuition. We’ll use case studies and self-reflection exercises to help you recognize when a connection isn't serving your worth.

  • Navigate difficult conversations with grace and courage. You’ll practice specific communication strategies, like using "I" statements and active listening, to address issues in your relationships without fear of conflict or rejection.

  • Recognize and avoid settling for less by conducting a self-worth inventory. We’ll teach you how to perform a regular "relationship audit," assessing whether your connections align with your values and support your growth.

  • Build a network of supportive relationships by learning how to identify and foster connections with people who genuinely value and uplift you. We’ll cover how to create an environment where you’re surrounded by those who encourage your worth.

  • Cope with disappointment, rejection, and heartbreak in a way that strengthens your sense of self. We’ll explore practical coping mechanisms, such as grounding techniques, self-care routines, and mindfulness practices, to process difficult emotions and come out stronger.

  • Discover your love language and learn how to communicate it to others. We’ll provide you with tools to identify your love language and understand how to spot the love languages of others, helping you build more fulfilling and connected relationships.

  • Align your daily actions with your values by creating a "Worthiness Action Plan." You’ll map out small, intentional steps that reflect your worth in your self-care, work, and relationships. This plan will act as a roadmap for living a life that honors your intrinsic value.

  • Establish a self-care ritual that reinforces your worthiness daily. We’ll walk you through creating a personalized self-care blueprint, including mental, emotional, and physical practices that nurture your self-worth.

  • Practice saying NO to situations, people, and activities that drain your energy or devalue you. You’ll learn practical phrases and body language cues that allow you to assert your boundaries confidently.

  • Live your purpose with clarity and confidence. Through guided visualization exercises, you’ll define what a life aligned with your worth looks like and learn how to make decisions that honor that vision every day.

OUR GOAL IS THIS…

By the end of this series, you'll walk away with a comprehensive toolkit—scripts, exercises, self-care plans, and communication strategies—that you can use to build a life and relationships that fully honor your worth.
